Legislators vigorously debated Colorado SB24-131, designed to prohibit carrying firearms in sensitive spaces, in the Colorado House of Representatives this legislative session. Representative Richard Holtorf provided many reasons the bill should not pass. Even some Democrats were against the bill. All said and done, the Democrats passed the bill because they have a super-majority in the House.
