Another legslative success story for Representative Richard Holtorf in getting HB24-1369, Colorado’s Agriculture Special License Plate bill passed in the Colorado House.

The legislators had fun in passing the bill. One of them placed a picture of Holtorf on the bull and the show began. One of the fun agruments against it was that the plate did not have an image of devil’s lettuce therefore doesn’t represent all the agriculture in Colorado and that it should be a No vote. Another said that the bill didn’t represent western Colorado’s grass fed cows. After the fun, the bill was passed with flying colors.
