Representative Richard Holtorf , House District 63 state representative, received the Faith, Family and Freedom award from the Centenial Institute for 2023. The award was given out on June 10th to those Colorado legislators who support all three of these key tenants of our society and our country in state politics. The Centenial Institute gave out this award at their annual Western Conservative Summit, a gathering for conservative minded Americans held at the Denver Convention Center on June 9-10. 15 Republican members of the legislature were in attendance to receive the award. This is the fourth year in a row that Representative Holtorf has been a recipient of this prestigious award.

Colorado JBS Plant toured by State Legislators
I toured the JBS plant last Friday, August 18. The group picture is JBS staff , Holtorf and 3 other legislators. Reps Gabe Evans, Ryan Armagost, and State Senator Byron Pelton. The cattle industry is vital to our rural Colorado economy and the JBS processing plant employs thousands of good people and processes 5000 head of cattle a day.
